Contract: Permanent Some of the key responsibilities of our Production Management Team Lead will be: Take ownership of various processes and projects in the Game Production department (including but not limited to): Games roadmap planning Resource planning Translations Certifications Release management Game Components Tools Outsourcing game production Special Projects Collaborate closely with the Game Producer team leads to ensure they are supported in all initiatives that support a smooth production pipeline and / or lead to improvements in Game Production Act as a strategic stakeholder within Game Production to advice on potential process improvements Manage a team of professionals by setting up clear goals, making sure they are met without failure.
