We currently work in over 300 football stadiums and arenas across the globe, providing fresh and innovative digital perimeter advertising solutions to our fast-growing list of blue-chip clients, such as Real Madrid, San Siro, Paris Saint-Germain, PSV Eindhoven, UEFA, Adidas, Heineken, Sony, Google, MasterCard, and Audi, to name just a few.

You would be based at our tower-studio in Madrid, just across the road from the legendary Bernabéu stadium. In the capital of Spain, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the exciting city life – serving up the best nightlife, concerts, and sporting events around - and in the relaxing life, with spacious and leafy parks to lose yourself in; after all, it is probably sunny outside!
Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, coordinating with the creative team to ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained. Establish and manage content request procedures, ensuring efficient allocation across various teams. Define and understand commercial priorities to guide content planning. Work closely with other departments in contact with the studio and design teams to optimize content requests. Oversee efficient time management for designated team members. Act as the central point of contact for incoming project requests, prioritizing and assigning tasks to team members based on workload and deadlines. Maintain clear and proactive communication with other departments, updating them on project progress, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or changes. Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a producer in a creative studio or agency setting. Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken. Proficient in Google Suite or Office. Experience with production tracking tools like Shotgrid (Shotgun) or Ftrack. Proficient with Agile frameworks. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive in anticipating needs and strategic planning. Skilled in multi-team collaboration and coordination. Solid understanding of commercial priorities and decision-making based on them. Bonus Skills Proficiency in an additional language.
