Mission The Training Coordinator is based in Sant Cugat and is responsible for coordination and providing support for the successful implementation of educational and training programs for our Commercial Technical Support Team in our Diagnostic Business Unit. The role will coordinate, arrange, and supervise training activities for our internal Team, Distributors, and Customers. The Training Coordinator will manage the training calendar, facilitator resources, logistics (no travel involved), and set-up training resources. Develops, supports, and maintains the Global CTS Training virtual resources and materials (SharePoint, Teams, Training assignment through GTP (SAP)). Takes care of general administrative tasks of the ETC Training Center and ensures that the Training Center is in optimal conditions for Training.
What your responsibilities will be Coordinate and provide support for the implementation of educational and training Programs in CTSRecord and maintain the training material database up to date on LSQM and SharePoint.Contribute to the elaboration and maintenance of new material aligned globally.Contribute to the elaboration of the Global CTS Training Course Catalogue and the Trainers List.In collaboration with the Global team, manage the training material and training documentation (Advanced user of Microsoft 365: Office, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).Create e-learnings and training content (Articulate Rise, Syntesia, Video editing, Learning Games).Coordinate, arrange, and supervise training activities for the EMEA Training Center and collaborate with other Training Centers worldwide.Responsible for the Training Centers Calendar planning (ETC/Dubai).Arrange and supervise training sessions at the ETC and Dubai Training Centre (manage the training centre planning, provide the ad-hoc training material, welcome trainees, follow-up on trainees' satisfaction using surveys).Work with EMEA Regional Managers to satisfy all teams in terms of Training needs.Maintain training reporting up to date (internal training and distributor trainings).Take care of general administrative tasksIndependently handle general administrative tasks following guidelines and within a defined time frame.Prepare Quarterly Reports (KPIs).Manage Ariba for all general needs of the Global CTS Training department: Material orders for the Training Center (office material, food, drink, lab needs, lab material), translations, projects.Contact vendors for internal projects.Coordinate with the environmental department regarding waste and the treatment of biological waste.Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
