Product Owner (Salesforce)

Hays Technology is collaborating with a international organization from private education industry.
We are looking for a senior profile as an IT Product Owner for Salesforce product with almost 4 years of experience with technology product functions in CRM.
Musts: Desirable experience in education industry.
Almost 4 years of experience in Salesforce environment as Consultant or Product roles.
Expertise with Salesforce roadmap & backlog.
Nice to have Salesforce Admin certification.
Knowledge of PowerBI.
High level of English Responsibilities: Responsible of Salesforce product strategic and planning.
Head of Salesforce upgrades, functional developments and configurations.
Elaborate documentation, KPIs, and ensure technical requirements with business demands.
Acting as main partner in CRM transformation projects.
Able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Benefits: Salary range until €45.000 gross/year Hybrid teleworking: 1 day per week.
