Which profile are we looking for?
Reporting to the Product Manager, you will be responsible for upgrading our employee engagement platform. You will be a key person to take strategic business decisions.
The main area of focus will be expanding the product offering of our employee engagement platform, improving adherence and current communication, and creating the best platform positioning.
Additionally, in this role, you will have to explore other product offering models and create the proper business cases to evaluate their feasibility-desirability.
To succeed in this position, one would need to collaborate with business areas to gather and identify new and existing features or services that could bring value to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Define the overall product positioning. Determine the USP, value proposition and commercial offering for our main stakeholders (clients, partners and with strong focus on users).Track and analyze product data to make better prioritization decisions serving product management, user experience and improving adherence communication.Optimize end-to-end customer journey and define the best product's customer experience.Build action plan to foster features usage / adhesion to the new products / service offering.Work cross-functionally with all areas from the company (Tech, sales, marketing...). Lead co-creation sessions with internal and external stakeholders to better understand their needs and integrate them into the product/platform strategy.Manage the execution of product plan and keep it on time, budget, and quality. WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU You have 3-5 years' experience in a similar function & role.You have graduated from Business Administration / Engineering or related field education to project/product management from an agile approach.You demonstrated to have a highly goal-oriented mindset and have excellent communication skills.Experience as product development on B2B2C platforms working with the integration of external partners that add value to our customers and users.Experience in monetization initiatives within a digital channel (whether from a web platform point of view or from a mobile app).Commercial/market awareness to design the best go-to-market strategy for the product.Organizational skills that will help to juggle competing demands between marketing, sales, customers, and management.At ease with agile methodologies to foster innovation in a structured way.Languages required: Spanish and English are a must.
