About the Role: In this role you will act as a signing specialist and become a member of the product department.
The Senior Product Owner will be responsible for managing the inbound product requirements implementation and owning the product roadmap.
This role involves acting as a mentor within the tribe and across other tribes, ensuring that the product strategy aligns with business goals, and driving the development of innovative solutions to enhance product value.
What you will do: Own the product roadmap and prioritize tasks based on sound technical and business principles, independently resolving most conflicts.
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by relevant teams.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to align work with the product strategy.
Use product KPIs and business metrics to optimize product and team performance, business value, and backlog prioritization.
Guide the product from the discovery phase to its release to customers.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager/Team Lead to define and optimize the product vision.
Define innovative functional solutions that boost product value.
What we expect: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's level preferred in software engineering, business, or UX design.
At least 5+ years of experience in product development within digital identity or similar relevant business areas.
Mastery of agile ways of working (Kanban, Scrum) and product management approaches.
Previous experience in product management with a strong knowledge of customer experience best practices.
Product Owner (PO) or Product Management (PM) certification or course validation is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
What we consider as a plus: Expertise in regulatory frameworks such as eIDAS (Electronic Identification, Authentication, and Trust Services) and other compliance standards that govern digital signing and identity verification.
Proven experience in managing products with strong compliance requirements, particularly within the RegTech domain or digital identity space.
Familiarity with audit processes, including preparing for and managing external and internal audits related to digital signing and identity solutions.
Understanding of security protocols, encryption, and data protection regulations that are critical in maintaining the integrity and security of digital signing products.
Experience working with complex ecosystems where compliance, privacy, and security are key priorities, demonstrating the ability to navigate and influence in highly regulated environments.
A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate regulatory changes and incorporate compliance considerations into product planning and development.
A strong grasp of the digital identity landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, which allows for proactive and innovative product development.
