Professional Experience: Significant experience in product management within a high-tech, international environment. Experience in the sealing sector is a plus. Material Sciences Expertise: Strong background in material sciences, particularly in elastomers and polymers. Ability to apply this knowledge to drive product development and innovation. Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Ability to translate market data into actionable strategies and develop comprehensive business plans. Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. And analytical mindset with the ability to provide data-driven solutions. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%) to meet with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with global teams.
