You have experience working with analysts, developers, data scientists, and business counterparts alike and adapt your communication style to motivate and inspire others.Key Responsibilities Jointly with the Product Director and Business stakeholders, drive the strategy for new and existing product pricing engine capabilities that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.Build/Support the creation of business cases that support new initiatives as well as prioritise the road map for the next set of capabilities and product enhancements.Lead cross-functional teams to conceive and develop new product concepts, establish development milestones and manage the development, implementation and subsequent rollout.Balance business requirements and consumer experience to build best-in-class pricing engine & merchandising capabilities.Manage multiple projects and details without losing sight of the 'big picture'.Be self-directed and able to move forward in a fast-paced, somewhat ambiguous environment.Be able to manage an increasing amount of pressure without passing over to the team and colleagues.Build an overarching product vision for pricing engine and merchandising that you will use to inspire and focus our wider product organisation.Desired Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a data-driven Product Manager or Pricing Manager ideally with web-based companies (working with Agile methodologies) with a passion for Product.Experience of complex e-commerce pricing strategies.Previous experience in e-commerce and/or the travel industry is strongly preferred.Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.Excellent stakeholder, at all levels, and project management abilities
