AREA DESCRIPTIONThe TGS Marketing organization is responsible for leading and managing TGS marketing and portfolio strategy.
We are actively seeking a NaaS (Network as a Service) and Connectivity Product Manager.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in networking technologies (MPLS, Internet and Capacity) as well as field experience interfacing with customer requirements related to Network as a Service (NaaS) and connectivity opportunities..MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Strategy and Vision:Develop and articulate a clear TGS NaaS and connectivity strategy and vision.
Align the product roadmap and goals with the company's overall goals, market trends, and customer needs.Product Planning and lifecycle:Oversee the product planning process by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Prioritize features, define requirements, and create a product line roadmap for the entire product development lifecycle.Team Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, development teams, communications, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and launch.Market Analysis:Monitor the market landscape, conduct competitive analysis, and stay updated on industry trends ensuring the product remains competitive while addressing evolving customer needs.Product Launch:Plan and execute product launches by collaborating with business development, business units and sales teams.Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and pricing.Collaborate with our analyst office team to position TGS networking products in top market consultants.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESolid understanding of product management tools and processes.Proficiency in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, market research techniques, and data analysis.Strong strategic thinking skills with a solid understanding of B2B business.Ability to align product initiatives with overall business objectives.Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product success.Experience with detailed competitive analysis, product pricing, and estimation.Solid organizational skills, excited about working hard in a challenging, fast-paced environment.Must be a team player with exceptional communication skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.EDUCATION REQUIREDBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.MBA PreferredPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE5+ years experience in product management, preferably in networking technologies.Proven track record of successfully managing and launching networking products.LANGUAGESSpanish: High level (written and spoken)English: High level (written and spoken)Additional languages (e.G, French, Portuguese, German) will be highly appreciated.If you join us, we offer you... - Work in a dynamic team and be part of challenging projects that will allow you to play a leading role in the transformation of the company.
