That's why we need a Product Manager, Molecular Biology & Clinical Diagnostics like you. Responsible for Iberia Diagnostic Division Molecular Biology and Clinical Diagnostics products operative marketing, together with the Commercial Operations Manager and Commercial Director.
What your responsibilities will bePrepare, update and maintain Marketing Plans and events related (Molecular Biology and Clinical Diagnostics) aligned with Global Marketing & Regional Marketing teams.Design and bring up to date local commercial strategy for the specific product lines, as well as follow up and report market tendencies and identify new market business opportunities.Prepare and maintain global and specific commercial product presentations and promotional materials.Contact KOL.Sales training & scientific support.Support Commercial Operations Manager to manage Clinical Diagnostics Iberia suppliers and related sales-marketing activities.Prepare technical documentation for tender department and review all offers in their responsibility area (pricing, product offering, automation).Organize and coordinate events together with other departments (e.g. scientific meetings, local congresses).Product management: sales analysis and follow up, forecasting, stock management and purchase approvals. Bachelor's Degree in the scientific field. PHD or Master's degree is preferred.Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish.At least 5 years' experience in sales and/or marketing in the IVD field.Experience in routine and specialty diagnostic laboratory will be desirable.Advanced user of Microsoft office tools.This position requires travelling (around 50%, Spain and Portugal).Self-starter with strong work ethic, ability to exercise good judgment, results oriented and have attention to detail.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
