Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.At Fedrigoni you will discover extraordinary* every day.About The Job The role designed for you:In your role as Product Manager reporting directly to the Marketing Director you will be mostly focused on the durable/automotive solutions.You will partner with the Marketing, Sales, R&D, Planning, Customer Service teams, and other key stakeholders within our FSA BU.You will conduct product evaluation, analysis, and introduction, assess demands, study the market and competition, identify new business opportunities, and define strategic positioning and life cycle to monitor results to achieve goals and objectives.How You'll Elevate Creativity You will prepare, define, and drive product and strategy development plans for the durables/automotive portfolio, clearly establishing product positioning versus competitive products, product development direction, product service programs, pricing guidelines, and profitability targets.You will manage product life cycles (via short, mid-term and longer product roadmaps).You will develop and introduce new and updated products through the Fedrigoni Sales organization to our customers.You will ensure that products under development meet market needs, fulfill company objectives and are introduced professionally, with appropriate positioning, pricing, materials, promotions, and services in coordination with Production, Logistics, Procurement and R&D.You will generate and maintain analysis of the market with a focus on market trends, market size, competitive solutions and positioning, market share and customer needs for the product portfolio.You will monitor progress on KPI's related to product profitability, product quality, cost savings, revenue performance and continuous improvement initiatives; take proactive action and create visibility for the achievements of the function.You will initiate and manage communication and promotion campaigns (i.E.
product/segments literature, trade shows, brochures, PR in magazines, sales actions, swatches, etc.)
in collaboration with Marketing Specialists and MarkComm function.You will develop and conduct presentations and training for internal and external customers, the latter in cooperation with the commercial team
