Join our dynamic team at Keto Diet App as an expert Product Designer with a passion for Growth & Monetization! Here, your creativity will be pivotal in crafting compelling, attention-grabbing designs that not only enhance the user experience but also drive our growth to new heights. You will be responsible for both web and mobile growth products.
What you will do: Design and implement Growth & Monetization experiments aimed at enhancing subscription rates, ARPU, and LTV, focusing mainly on user interaction during Acquisition, Onboarding, Activation.
Apply psychological principles to fine-tune UX/UI to encourage specific user actions.
Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, GPT-4) to create unique visuals, fuel creative ideas, and streamline the design workflow.
Dive into data analysis to uncover insights that refine the impact of our design.
Undertake user research to continuously resonate with our audience's evolving needs.
Actively develop innovative ideas and concepts for products and services, taking into account the latest trends and the preferences of our target audience.
We expect that you have: At least 4 years of experience in Product Design, specifically within Growth or Monetization teams.
Experience with products in the US Market.
Fluency in English (minimum level B2).
A strong portfolio showcasing various design work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
Experience in conducting user research and utilizing analytics data.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools like Stable Diffusion and Midjourney for creating visual content.
Ability to work independently, take initiative on projects, and make informed decisions based on data and user feedback.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams to achieve design and growth objectives.
Previous experience in Health & Fitness apps is a significant advantage.
