We're looking for a Product Designer with a talent for telling stories with data. You'll be working as a designer on the Synthetics Team, focused on enabling developers to proactively monitor their user flows and APIs. You'll work within the product design team, collaborating with other designers to make the best designs and solutions for the product. You'll be working alongside another designer and collaborating on building strong and scalable patterns. You'll not only own the success or failure of your design work, you'll help other designers communicate their ideas and the support for their design decisions across the company. What You'll Do: Work with product managers, engineers, and design to understand how our customers use Datadog and what they need to succeed See your design work through from start to finish: turn insights from user research into ideas, sketch and prototype to bring them to life, and ship products and features that make Datadog better Be the expert in your product area, mentoring designers on the team to do their best work Communicate both your design work and the support for your design decisions across the company Work closely with engineering teams to understand and see through how your designs will be built Who You Are: You have 3+ years of full-time experience in digital B2B product design, with familiarity or strong interest in the cloud monitoring/observability/security industries Your portfolio includes a proven track record of shipping interaction design work in web applications You thrive in the UX design space but are also fluid in the visual design space You are an excellent visual and written communicator, able to clearly communicate your design work and the support for your design decisions You have experience with prototyping tools (e.G.
