Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) will be a core focus of development and implementation over the coming years, offering the opportunity to drive advancement in AI throughout the company.Fantastic working culture and a brilliant manager.Scope of role:Identify and implement procurement process improvements globally and locallyLead coordination of the budgeting process across ProcurementImplement and drive usage of eTools to improve data and spend transparency across all Business ERPs; increase Procurement negotiation power and optimize supplier interaction (offers, eTenders, etc.)Drive initiatives to incorporate Sustainability into the procurement processesDevelop and train Procurement and its partners on processes, policies and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and legal compliance in each country and regionPlan and deliver training programs for processes and implemented technologies across Procurement, ensuring adoption and usage - including sustainabilityVerify and consolidate reporting data (actual and forecast figures) of all Procurement KPI's, financial and non-financialOptimize procurement processes for new acquisitions and the interaction with suppliersYour Qualifications:Core focus on excellence over recent yearsAt least 5 years of international Procurement experienceHigh standard of IT systems tools, at least with MS Office package (especially Excel and Ppt) - Ability to learn other tools and systemsExperience implementing Source-to-Pay solutions such as Ariba, Coupa, Emptoris, Ivalua, Sievo, etc.Strong analytical skills and business analysisBachelor's degreeIf interested, please apply ASAP#J-18808-Ljbffr
