Overview / Summary:We are looking for an Engineer to assist in the design, optimization, and implementation of industrial processes. This role involves providing technical support to process engineers, assisting in the development of process workflows, analyzing system performance, and ensuring process efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, support process improvements, and help in the implementation of new technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of process engineering principles are essential for this role.
Responsibilities and Tasks:Machining Ranges: Define and optimize machining processes and equipment to ensure efficiency and quality.CAD/CAM Tools (CATIA, ENOVIA, 3D EXPERIENCE): Use CAD/CAM software for design, simulation, and process optimization.Quality Verification Tools: Implement tools to monitor and ensure product and process quality.Process Quality Tools (MQA, MdEvo, FAM, SIROCCO, Tolerance Chains): Apply process quality tools to assess and improve production efficiency and precision.Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for machining and assembly processes.Projects to adapt production capacity at the industrial site: Adaptation of the industrial capacity of the machining and assembly production lines.Access to client information systems: Blueprint Database, SAM, Gofab... Access to project information management SharePoints/drives necessary for the delivery of the mentioned deliverables.Client standards and procedures dossier: Applicable to the industrial design and equipment scope.Mandatory Requirements:Higher education in engineering.Experience in Production Engineering: professional experience in the field of production engineering, focusing on the optimization of industrial processes.Machining and Assembly Processes: knowledge in machining and assembly processes, ensuring precision and efficiency in manufacturing.Industrial Design: Specialization in industrial design, with a focus on creating innovative solutions for products and systems.Integration of Capital Equipment: Experience in integrating industrial equipment, ensuring effective and efficient implementation.Experience in automation and robotics.
