The location of the role is in Oviedo, Spain About the job As an SAP Process Consultant, you will report to the Head of Process Center of Excellence. In this role, you will focus on analyzing, improving, and governing HR processes, especially Payroll & Time Management (technical HCM & SuccessFactors focus). As a service & support representative, you'll be a sparring partner to our key users in the region and you will manage stakeholders from different business areas. Moreover, you will use your expert knowledge in service & support management to work on new strategies and technologies within our organization. In addition, your tasks will include Leading demand & change management in the Attract to Grow (HR) area Evaluating support requests as a 2nd level support member to decide about changes and projects Presenting solutions of business analysis & functional specifications Giving trainings and improving knowhow of our users & key users About You You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions.
