Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across a variety of sectors, performing market research, financial analysis, and valuation modeling.Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational assessments, working closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders.Assist in the formulation of investment strategies and theses, leveraging deep industry insights and financial acumen.Support portfolio companies in achieving their strategic objectives, including operational improvements, growth initiatives, and exit planning.Build and maintain detailed financial models to support investment decisions and portfolio monitoring.Prepare and present investment memos and recommendations to the Investment Committee, articulating the merits and risks of potential deals.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management teams, co-investors, and industry experts.Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).Fluency in English is required; additional language considered as a plusExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
