As a Growth Product Manager, you put the customer experience at the center of every decision. You work with the technical and go-to-market product managers to explore which features or improvements have a big, small, or no impact on our business goals and act upon these lessons learned. You are the interface between product, business, and go-to-market and pave the path to product-led growth.
Your responsibilitiesYou will work within the data edge platform solution team that is responsible for data acquisition and ingestion, cloud installation, and 3rd-party integration. Primary focus is on cloud-native workloads including K8s, serverless, and OpenTelemetry, in addition to traditional on-premise workloads. This is a critical area that enables the success for multiple solutions across Dynatrace.
Solution and cross-solutions KPIs and Goals: You develop and own KPIs aligned with business objectives (working within and outside R&D), establish annual growth goals, and adapt strategies as needed for optimal results. You develop and own end-to-end success tracking for hundreds of data acquisition sources across all pillars of observability (logs, metrics, traces).
Solution Growth Strategy: In close collaboration with the solution leadership, you drive cross-functional initiatives and product improvements to maximize ingestion from data acquisition sources with the largest potential.
Data Insights: Working with data analysts, you use market, customer install base data, and customer feedback for informed decision-making and support the team in leveraging these insights to inform investment and divestment (EOL) decisions.
Solution Licensing Strategy: You create and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy, optimizing pricing models and packaging while continuously adapting to market trends and competitor offerings for sustained growth.
