You don't need to have managed / led teams, but you will need to have experience mentoring & coaching. Question tiiiiiime Do you know how the data you're working with effects the business? This question is KEY. Do you have a passion/interest for Tech / AI and see how it can help improve Healthcare? Are you a people-person and someone who can work in an start-up, nimble environment?
