Your mission Own the development of our Pricing & Revenue Management systems & analysis tools. Set-up and improve monitoring and KPIs landscape in order to maximize revenues & profits through pricing activities. Conduct extensive analysis & run AB testing. Drive the automatization of setting & changing prices by developing algorithms together with our Data Scientist. Optimize our sales and market monitoring and provide extensive data analysis to ensure we sell our vehicles at the best possible price. Support cross-functional projects related to pricing. The role - your passion As a Data Analyst, you'd be focused on Pricing & Revenue Analytics, enabling your team to deliver the best data driven solutions. You're driving the design of solution options, consulting with stakeholders, providing data driven answers and guiding them to achieve the best possible strategy through actionable findings. You will prepare and analyze datasets in order to generate insights for several business functions and products, and support other team members through team dynamics such as peer reviewing. You will be supporting the empowerment of our roadsurfers with data, helping to create a data driven culture inside the company, through trainings and other dynamics, in order to turn our stakeholders more self-sufficient in getting the answer to their business questions by themselves. What you need to surf the wave with us You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree , preferably in engineering, physics, informatics, computer science or other STEM-related fields. You have more than 3 years of relevant experience as a data analyst, especially with operational and business analysis, and at least 1 year of relevant experience as a pricing analyst. You have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels and from all different areas of the organisation, empowering them with data and insights. You have excellent analytical and communication skills and can present your findings in a practical and actionable way to ensure that your insights are applied by the company. You have advanced proficiency in SQL & Python and visualisation tools (PowerBI and Metabase are a plus). You are fluent in business English
