What will you do?
Desempeñará un papel fundamental en la gestión de asuntos legales relacionados con el personal y la normativa laboral. Participará en la labor de asesorar a la empresa y será la responsable de asesorar a las personas trabajadoras en asuntos laborales para mitigar riesgos relacionados con el empleo.
Responsabilidades Principales:
Interactuar y relacionarse con organismos públicos en materia laboral, así como con gestorías y despachos laborales con los que colabora la Compañía, de ámbito nacional e internacional.
Participar en la gestión, desde su inicio hasta su finalización, del proceso de despido.
Actuar como interlocutor con las personas trabajadoras en cuanto a relaciones laborales se refieren.
Verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa en relación con el ámbito laboral.
Colaborar en propuestas de políticas jurídicas y laborales.
Seguimiento de la aplicación y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos laborales.
Evaluar y redactar informes.
Análisis e interpretación de la normativa de ámbito estatal, convenios colectivos y pactos de empresa tanto nacional como internacional.
Análisis e interpretación de recibos de nómina, tanto en materia retributiva como de Seguridad Social.
What are we looking for?
Título en Derecho o Relaciones laborales.
Formación específica en relaciones laborales o Máster en Derecho Laboral o en Gestión Laboral.
Experiencia previa en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en el sector hotelero.
Conocimiento profundo de las leyes laborales locales y estatales.
Habilidad para negociar acuerdos y resolver conflictos laborales.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
Integridad y ética profesional.
Se valorará nivel fluido de inglés.
