It's an exciting time to join Pandora as we're undergoing significant growth across our WEEU cluster. To support and drive that growth, the Marketing Team is looking for a PR & INFLUENCE Intern to join us, based in Madrid.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Support and help the Communications team to deliver all activities and projectsHelp to track the agency's performanceResearch of influencers profiles for the brand´s campaignsIn charge of the product stock and orders of the PR department as well as the returns to our warehouseIn charge of the mailings of the PR departmentArchive and administer publications and key informationSupport in the organization and execution of eventsPrepare weekly newsletter for internal useCollating monthly reports for internal teamsManage the influencer marketing tool to track brand campaignsManage the media libraryWHO YOU ARE: You are genuinely interested in our brand and fashion worldYou have strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.You are a versatile and adaptive team player, with a positive attitude and a detail-oriented approach to your tasksExcellent organizational skillsLevel-headed, enthusiastic, and personableGood project and time management skills ensuring all deadlines are metStrong attention to detailWHAT WE OFFER: 6-month term, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 monthsThe company has implemented hybrid ways of working, partly on-site, partly home working.This role will be based in our offices in Madrid, nearby Plaza Castilla.
