Pqc027 - Sales Representative Thermoplastic (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:Act as technical and sales support to the Chem-Trend Thermoplastic Sales & Distribution team in the Spain and Portugal business region.Deliver the sales and growth targets.Provide daily operational encouragement and support to the distributor network to meet or exceed agreed budget objectives.Directly manage the customer base to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations.Implement commercial and technical training for distributors and offer application and troubleshooting consultation to end customers.Implement technical training and troubleshooting for key customers.Devote 60% of time to direct selling and 40% to supporting the distribution channel.Provide advice, consultation, and troubleshooting services to the Chem-Trend Europe Thermoplastic sales & distribution team.Perform various service-related duties specific to the Thermoplastic market within Europe.Contribute to improving processes, developing and maintaining relationships with co-suppliers and relevant trade organizations.Qualifications:University degree in engineering (Bachelor of Science) or equivalent.Industry experience in the Thermoplastic industry with knowledge of production methods (injection molding or extrusion), materials, release agent technology, and application.Technical background is mandatory.Goal- and action-oriented, independent, well-organized, hands-on mentality, and planning abilities.Excellent communication skills capable of dealing effectively with senior management and customers at all levels.Spanish native speaker with very good communication skills in English.Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.Must be prepared to travel extensively in Spain and Portugal.#J-18808-Ljbffr
