Our team's expertise in human insights and cloud technology, gives companies and employees around the world the ability to power confident decisions, for life.With a comprehensive total rewards package, continuing education and training, and tremendous potential with a growing global organization, Alight is the perfect place to put your passion to work.Join our team if you Champion People, want to Grow with Purpose through acting with integrity and if you embody the meaning of Be Alight.Learn more at careers.Alight.ComPower BI DevOpsMain Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain ongoing commercial operations reporting- Identify root causes of data issues and propose solutions- Work with stakeholders to improve data quality in our existing platforms- Report Business results in an accurate and timely manner- Model data and metadata to support ad-hoc and pre-built reporting- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.- Drive improvement on data ingestion, transformation and publication to ensure confidence in the systems we build.- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation- Generate sales forecasts from historic data, using the appropriate methodologies and software to visualize the results- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales results and forecasting and suggest actions for improvement- Automate existing MS-Excel reporting- Create customized reports and dashboards in SalesforceSkills required:- Fluent in English- Proven analytical skills (able to perform Trend Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and other statistical analysis)- Detail oriented, looking always for 100% accuracy in reports- Good interpersonal skills, proper written and verbal communication skills- Must have a positive attitude to work with Business Leaders and to be able to provide and receive feedback as a key element for continuous improvement- Proactive, with the ability to work independently (i.E. under little supervision) and driven by project results- Process oriented, capable of designing, implementing and improving reporting processes- Creative and innovative, oriented to generate new ideas for improvement- Must have the ability to handle large amounts of work, focusing on finding solutions- Must have the ability to handle short-notice requests with quick turnarounds with a positive attitude- Must be a well-organized professional (well structured)- Must have a good notion of working on a project environment – e.G
