The post-doc will be a member of the Department of People Management and Organization, the Leadership Development Centre, and the Esade Decision Lab.The position is full-time, for a duration of 2 years (24 months) with an annual salary of €35.000 (gross). The position includes a travel budget for conference attendance, subsidized lunch, and generous holiday entitlement.POSITION OVERVIEW AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe post-doc will work on a project that examines the link between exposure to and experience of diversity and political attitudes, focusing on the interplay between contextual diversity, intergroup contact, political polarization, and collective action.The successful candidate will be expected to assume the following responsibilities:Data analysis of existing datasetsDesign of surveys and experimental studiesManagement of data collectionCo-authorship of academic articles (including first authored publications)Preparation of deliverables for grant funding bodiesJOB REQUIREMENTSEssential: PhD in Psychology, Management Science, or a closely related field in the social sciences.Scientific track record commensurate with career stage.Excellent quantitative analytical skills, knowledge of advanced statistical software packages (e.G., Mplus, R), and experience in survey and experimental work.Desirable: Knowledge of social psychological work on diversity and intergroup relations, macro-level contextual factors, political polarization, and collective action.Spanish language skills are beneficial but not essential.APPLICATIONSInterested candidates should submit a current CV, a motivation letter outlining their suitability for this position, and contact details of two academic referees who have agreed to provide a reference.
