At our office in Fuengirola, you will be part of a small team made up of colleagues from various cultural backgrounds, creating an exciting and inspiring workplace.
Your tasks will include: Sales and customer service for incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Handling incoming customer inquiries and guiding customers to the best solution.
Following up on quotes.
Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure that all customers have extraordinary experience.
We are looking for someone who: Speaks and writes Polish fluently.
Additional proficiency in German or other Northern European languages is an advantage.
Has NIE and live close to Fuengirola (the position is not remote) Has experience from a similar role in sales or customer service.
Is service-minded and enjoys talking to a variety of people daily.
Is structured and proactive with the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
