ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The SITA EURO Customer Operations function is responsible to manage the satisfaction and performance of all SITA customer in Europe. In addition, when some infrastructures are located locally in the geography, we are responsible to operate and upkeep them.
As PMO coordinator, reporting to the Regional VP for EURO Customer Success Management, you will assist in the management of the function operating plan
This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of a regional customer operations, strategic and operational planning, and executive management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional VP, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support decisions and regional initiatives.
Project Management: Support the planning and execution of transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Communication: Draft communications, prepare presentations, and facilitate effective internal and external communication on behalf of the Regional VP.
Relationship Management: Liaise mainly with internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to support regional objectives.
Qualifications:
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
Recently graduate from Engineering or Business school
Exposure within similar position in a PMO office
Motivated and eager to learn.
Data analytics
English (B2 level)
Good organization and communication skills
NICE-TO-HAVE
Prior first experience working with airlines, airport will be positively valued
