This is an excellent opportunity to gain strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Product costing, and Finance Analytics.The Plant Cost Analyst is a partner to the plant managers within the assigned area. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and providing clear insights into the Operations performance and identifying opportunities for additional improvement and productivity. You are constantly looking for ways to improve and further develop our internal analytical tools. Through a wide and strong network, you can enhance financial awareness across the organization and ensure transparency on key financial indicators/targets.The Plant Cost Analyst will be located and report into a Regional Plant Cost Analysis Organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Suggest improvement opportunities and collaborate with different stakeholders.Support the monthly Integrated Operations review.Participate and support the Global Plant Cost Analysis Organization in various projects (Process improvement, IT improvement tool).Provide Financial Support to Plant Manager and local leadership.Responsible for analysis on Product Cost Development, Unit Cost Analysis, and Productivity.Coordinate the yearly budget process on plant with focus on cost, capacity, and explaining impact to final products throughout the budget process.Support a strong Standard Costing template with Governance of Material Master etc.Coordinate monthly production cost variance forecast by working closely with the Plant Manager and local leadership.Analyze and explain KPI's detailing plant performance with Plant Leadership.Provide detailed Monthly Plant Reporting using Global Tools in combination with plant-specific analysis with the plant organization.Assist the plant in meeting productivity targets.Actively support and maintain an environment for strong internal controls.CORE COMPETENCIES:Strong computer/systems capability (ERP/SAP, Business Warehouse, Office).Knowledge of standard costing environments preferred.Strong communication and networking/business partner skills.Consciousness of control and business ethics environment.Drive for results, Problem solving, Customer Focus, Strategic Agility.QUALIFICATIONS:Education: University Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering degree.Fluent in English and local language.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
