Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets within budget by maximizing distribution, visibility, promotion, and recommendation in pharmacies. Sales Call Execution: Apply the Sales Call model consistently to reach sales and market share goals within budget. Pharmacy Visits: Conduct regular pharmacy visits according to the cycle plan, managing stock and orders to ensure availability. Sales Strategy Execution: Maximize daily sales calls in alignment with the sales strategy to enhance brand presence. Sales Cycle Management: Execute the full range of Sales Cycle activities, including visibility materials and pharmacy staff training, to boost product sell-out. Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze territory sales and tracking data, providing timely reports to management and maintaining accurate records. Account Development: Create and implement account development and territory business plans, including annual agreements based on pharmacy performance. Customer Satisfaction: Improve customer satisfaction by delivering necessary support and training to pharmacy staff. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the marketing and trade marketing teams. Pharmacovigilance: Collect and forward Adverse Events information to the Pharmacovigilance department according to company guidelines. Qualifications and Skills To thrive in this role, we seek professionals with the following qualifications and skills:
Educational Background: University degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Engineering, or Sciences. Language Proficiency: Intermediate level of English. Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Madrid market. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Sales, preferably in Consumer Healthcare (Pharmacy), with a proven record of sales achievement. Sales Competencies: Strong skills in Sales Planning and Territory Management, Selling and Negotiation, Relationship Management, Merchandising, and Category Development. Financial Acumen: Proficient in finance and resource management. Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
