People Development Trainee (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS: Support on the organization of Leadership Global trainings to guarantee the success of the sessions (analysis of the needs in each area, checking participants, organizing the logistics, opening sessions, collect and analyze the feedback…).
Support on the global e-onboarding sessions (including the sessions in the system, sending invitations, preparing the calendar, supporting the speakers, giving support to new joiners).
Support on the Global Performance review process (solving IT-tickets, running reports…).
Participating on the new projects of the area, giving support to the team.
General administrative support to the area.
YOUR PROFILE: Psychology or Business Administration degree.
Human resources background would be nice to have.
High level of English (speaking and written competency).
Detail oriented, results driven person , focus on details and creative to bring ideas to the team.
