Role Responsibilities Your main responsibility as a Payment officer is to support the Finance department with the payments, invoicing and treasury management.
Your duties in this role will include:
Liquidity Management, ensuring all payment obligations are met timely as well as providing accurate anticipations of expected end of day balances in all currencies.Managing vendors, including vendor relationships, and internal compliance processingManaging Multiline and SWIFTNet administration and process invoices in our CRM systemProcessing Multiline transactions in accordance with agreed payment termsSending approval reminders for invoices and transactions to respective signersCommunicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to proactively resolve potential challenges and ensure timely completion of tasksHandling other administrative ad-hoc tasks related to payments and vendor servicesSupporting with the preparation of payment and transaction reportsProfile University degree with an emphasis in finance
