Our client was founded in 1999 by 18 people led by a former English teacher from China who has aspired to help make the Internet accessible, trustworthy and beneficial for everyone. We are looking for a Payments Operations Analyst to join our team. You'll drive efforts to build products, improve operations, drive incident management procedures, and use metrics to track performance. Functions: Manage payments operations and potential incidences with buyers and sellers in the platform Monitor payment transactions to ensure they are processed correctly and on time and track and manage failed payments, chargebacks, and refunds. Identify gaps, feature enhancements, and opportunities. Perform UAT and launch iterations of our product throughtout the life of the project Reporting and Analysis: prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on payment activities (e.g., volume, success rates, chargebacks). Provide detailed reports on payment performance, including insights on transaction failures, processing times, etc. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as payment success rate, processing time, and dispute resolution time. Assist in projects related to payment system upgrades, new payment methods, integrations, process improvements and ensure smooth end-to-end operation of payments initiatives Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication related to payment projects.
