Job Title Partnership Program Coordinator - Hospitality
Summary of the role The Partnership Programs Coordinator will coordinate key programs and assist the Hospitality Partnership Managers Team in daily activities. This role ensures process alignment and effective communication across the organization to introduce additional sales channels for Amadeus. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the partner lifecycle by coordinating with various teams such as release, go-to-market, finance, legal, marketing, resellers, referrers, and data transformation services. The position is crucial for enhancing capacity and fostering additional sales channels through strategic business development and partner models.
Your main responsibilities: Key Program Coordination Coordinate various key programs to enhance partnership engagements and customer sales, including projects like channel manager direct migration and partner connectivity gateway migration. Update, maintain, and disseminate project information, manage partner records, and track and document contract information. Platform and Contract Management Manage and upkeep key platforms such as PRM, SharePoint, and Confluence, ensuring they are accessible and meet team needs. Collaborate with legal and partnership teams to ensure effective contracting of partners, review and oversee partnership agreements, and own the partner contracting process within the PRM. Operationalizing Partner Activities Coordinate with Marketing, Go to Market, and Release to Market teams to integrate and operationalize partner activities. Facilitate the efficient execution of partner-related initiatives across various business units and own the process documentation of partnership activities. Reporting and Data-Driven Decisions Generate detailed monthly reports on key metrics like revenue, implementations, onboarding processes, resellers, and referrals. Use these reports to inform strategy, improve partnership outcomes, and drive business process decisions with data-driven information. About the ideal candidate: Relevant work experience or BA/BS degree. Experience in hospitality or technology, and project coordination or management. Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio. Familiarity with Amadeus integrations to OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), PMS (Property Management Systems), and RMS (Revenue Management Systems). Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work across various business units/teams. Strong written and oral communication skills, with a focus on data integrity and effective follow-up.
