WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORHOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCEBusiness Development & TendersTake over project management internal responsibilities on the preparation and submission of tenders.Write and prepare tenders including technical documentation and administrative duties.Support and coordinate with the other team members in order to secure help and resources to prepare these tenders.Support the team in building trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations to generate adoption, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.Identify business development, licensing, and strategic investment opportunities for corporate members within the Plug and Play ecosystem.Operational ExcellenceSupport in the creation of engagement plans that consider partner business goals, internal organization structures, and map products and services to achieve these goals.Sourcing, outreach, and screening of new and relevant startups for investments and business development opportunities with our corporate partners.Support the client with the Proof of Concept managing the different parties involved and ensure the PoC runs smoothly and meets the milestones agreed.Build and create engagement reports/case studies of corporate interaction with startups, deal flows, PoCs, etc.Keep track of new trends within the Fintech vertical and actively advise our corporate partners on potential growth opportunities.Diligently participate and perform various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by our partner organizations.Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key resources in the process, and assist with client issues through resolution.Support on commercial activities such as lead generation, events organization, proposal preparation.REQUIRED EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, economics or related field preferred.Minimum two years' experience in Public Procurement.3+ years of work experience in a client-facing role.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.Excellent communication skills and proficiency in public speaking.Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Startup experience and project management experience are a plus.Fluency in English and in Spanish is essential.Plug and Play's global attendance policy: 3 days at the office + 2 days home.
