About the Role We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Community Manager to help us grow and engage our community of independent recruiters. This role is critical to fostering a thriving ecosystem where recruiters feel supported, valued, and connected with opportunities and peers.
Key Responsibilities Community Growth & Engagement
Develop and execute strategies to grow the community, ensuring high-quality member acquisition.
Engage members through regular interactions, discussions, and virtual events.
Manage and moderate community platforms (e.g., Slack, Discord, LinkedIn groups).
Content & Communication
Create and curate engaging content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, tailored to community needs.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, and training opportunities to upskill community members.
Relationship Building
Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their questions, feedback, and needs.
Foster relationships with key recruiters to build advocacy and mentorship within the community.
Insights & Feedback
Collect feedback from community members to improve their experience and inform Workfully's platform and offerings
Track community engagement metrics and report insights to the leadership team.
What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
Fluent in English (Other languages are a plus)
A strong understanding of the recruitment industry and the challenges faced by independent recruiters.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
