Contributes with technical support in complaint handling.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with the Safety and Environmental procedures that are applicable by legal, Corporate, Environmental Management System or any other commitment to which the company adheres.Keep the group informed about information on the products used, danger, prevention, risks.Notify the anomalies detected in the equipment that is not complying with the Safety Standards or pose a danger to the operator, to the person responsible for plant safety.Respect the order and cleanliness of the position and work area.Act according to the highest standard of legal and ethical conduct.Be socially and environmentally responsible.Value diversity and understand cultural differences.Apply quality criteria and their continuous improvement.Ensure that product specifications are met.Knowledge of Corporate Policies and Standards.Knowledge of job processes.Know the Management systems.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices for Plastics in Contact with Food.Roles and Responsibilities IIPrepare work plan: proposals, tests, samples, production procedures to improve products.Production and analysis of experimental samples in the pilot line of Carbon Black masterbatch.Creation of new formulas and inspection plans.Execute the product development process or claims requested by the client (internal and external).Examine and evaluate results and present conclusions from laboratory work.Send samples to clients with all technical documentation.ADTS support.Analyze & Match Carbon Black masterbatch from competitors.Develop technical innovation and product design projects for Carbon Black masterbatch.Carry out and document analysis, studies, and investigations of new products, raw materials (Carbon Black) and methods for quality assurance, with special dedication to Carbon Black masterbatch.Consult at higher levels on topics that require approval.Deal, when appropriate, with other departments and external entities, clients, and/or suppliers.Monitor the formulas and compliance with the internal or legal requirements of the materials.Transform the results of research activities into designs and specifications for specific products.Assistance to Quality Control in the developments that have been executed.Roles and Responsibilities IIIProvide Quality Control with the specifications and characteristics that the materials must meet.Inform your superior about the results of your activity.
