As a Commercial Excellence Trainee, you will support projects related to CRM and other Commercial Excellence (CommEx) systems to deliver core capabilities to Alcon in the areas of Sales and Marketing.
You will support data and functional elements of the Spanish and Portuguese commercial team initiatives to quickly accelerate adoption to drive impact.
Your Responsibilities:Understand data quality within Salesforce environment and support functional experts responsible for master data quality with insights and recommendations (e.g. customer account and professional set-up, sales data, etc.).Support the team with local CommEx data integration and reporting needs.Support Commercial teams over implementation and monitoring of sales target, call planning, segmentation and targeting processes at Customer and Professional level.All the above tasks will be performed supporting the CommEx System and Enablement Manager and the wider team. You will receive guidance and training, gaining a gradual level of independence throughout the internship period.
