About the Role: We're seeking an Outreach Specialist to drive referrals and support participant enrollment for the PACE program. This role involves networking with community partners, organizing events, and developing marketing strategies to promote independent living for elderly individuals. If you have strong healthcare sales experience, knowledge of the LA County market, and a passion for community engagement, we want to meet you Your Mission: Drive Sales & Enrollment: Increase PACE program referrals through proactive outreach and community engagement. Build Community Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with community partners to create referral networks. Collaborate with Enrollment Specialists: Work closely with the enrollment team to ensure successful participant onboarding. Organize Events & Presentations: Plan and attend community events, delivering presentations to educate on the PACE program. CRM & Compliance: Track activities in CRM software and adhere to DHCS and CMS regulations. Support Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing plans, optimize referral processes, and attend events as needed on evenings and weekends. Core Competencies: Healthcare sales and enrollment experience. Networking and relationship-building skills with community partners. Knowledge of the Los Angeles County market and the ability to organize outreach events. Strong presentation, organization, and CRM software proficiency. What You Bring: Education: Associate degree or higher. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in healthcare enrollment sales or healthcare sales. Licenses: Valid CA drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Additional Skills (Preferred): CRM software experience, familiarity with the PACE model, and Spanish language skills. Schedule & Shift Details: Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 1-2 days in the community or office; remaining time remote. Hours: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend events. Travel: Local travel throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $61,700-$81,000 per year with performance-based bonuses ($2,000 per month for four enrollees). Mileage Reimbursement: IRS rate. 401(k): Employer match.
