This position will be based in Madrid, SpainEmbedded in the marketing team of one of our Leading brands Listerine - this position will work very closely with Digital as well as with media experts and will be responsible for implementing innovative digital campaigns and plans that impact our consumers and drive the best return on investment.**Responsibilities**- Cross-functional position between Brand Marketing, Digital & Media Team: Be the main point of contact for all digital related questions for the Listerine brand.- Manage the design & execution of Digital campaigns.- Lead for the brand the increase of effectiveness and efficiency of paid media activations.- Be responsible for Website performance & optimizations.- Lead SEO and PPC campaign management.- Lead Digital campaign asset creation.- Management and delivery of influencers and social media campaigns.- Bring CRM focus & expertise in the brand team and support CRM programs alongside brand and expert team.- Lead the implementation of media innovations (pilots) alongside the J&J; Digital Team.- Monitor performance with robust KPI's and bring insights to the brand team.- Demonstrates an excitement, passion and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights. Is proactive and results driven. Enjoys bringing new ideas to the table.**Qualifications** Qualifications**- College or University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics.- Digital Marketing MBA a strong plus- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in digital marketing management.- Past experience in marketing brand management a plus.- Proficient in written and spoken English a must + French &/or Spanish a big plus.- Very good understanding of all digital media channels, passionate for digital media and well in touch with the latest technology trends.- Confident handling of all common social media networks and online communities.- Experience in media planning.- Good knowledge of common digital media KPIs and their strategic importance. In-depth knowledge of website analytics.- Good knowledge of Agile methodology & Ways of Working**Behaviours, Skills And Attributes**:- Passion for Digital Marketing- Strategic and Analytical thinking to obtain insights and drive action.- Personal impact, able to collaboratively influence others,
