Company: HR PATHHR PATH The HR Path, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both in terms of human resources and tools (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.YOUR MISSIONS: As an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will participate in all phases of the implementation of the HRIS solution (Design, Build, Acceptance, Deployment, Support), for our customers and on the following missions:Implementation phase: Participate in the implementation projects (workshops, configuration, user acceptance test, roll-out, user's training) and write reports for the follow-up of the project.Configure the modules for the implementation of a functional solution that fits the customer's requirements, evaluate the impact of the configurations on the processes and/or HR modules of the domain of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent).Participate in the translation of the customer's requirements into deliverables, writing documentations and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance tests, training materials).Integrate the latest version of the solution into the current environment used by the client in its business processes (data migration from the old version to the new version of the HRIS solution).Support and Maintenance: Application Management Services, assistance in managing the maintenance of the solution with our customers.Manage corrective and enhancements tickets for the solution (bug fix, user support, enhancement's configuration, delivery of patches and new versions).Carry out technical and application monitoring, train users.Advise customers on application's changes and their solution.YOUR PROFILE: Prior experience in HRIS in a consulting firm or in a company and implementation projects.Prior experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or Support Projects would be a plus.Certifications Oracle HCM or any modules would be an asset.Your level of English is fluent.WHAT WE OFFER A highly stimulating and fulfilling work environment with international development.Rapid career growth with numerous opportunities for development (horizontal & vertical): international mobility, training, and certification.A good work-life balance with remote working possibilities.A good working atmosphere on a daily basis: quarterly team evenings, annual seminar...We are Happy at Work certified and continue to listen to our employees.
