We're looking for an Operations Support Agent to join our dedicated team focused on enhancing the healthcare landscape. This role is perfect for someone passionate about healthtech and eager to contribute to exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in maintaining smooth communication with our partners, primarily nurses and hospitals. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
This position involves daily contact and follow-up with professionals and the associated facilities using Livo. Among the many tasks you will carry out, the most important ones are:

Contact Management: Maintain up-to-date records of our partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Inquiry Resolution: Organize and address queries and issues related to Livo's operations efficiently.
- Documentation: Collect, organize, and manage legal documents, ensuring proper handling and filing.
- Support and Assistance: Provide support to our partners, addressing any issues related to our services.
- Analytical Skills: Capable to identify improvements in the existing procedures as well as the creation of new flows to automate current functions.
- Collaboration: Within operations and collaborate closely with: product team and account management teams to achieve established objectives.
Your profile
We're looking for someone eager to join a healthtech startup in a customer service role. At Livo, we value energy and a positive attitude toward challenges. We believe that with humility and a willingness to learn, we can achieve great things together. The ideal candidate should have the following:

Availability Full-time, working five days a week.
- Languages Native speaking in Catalan and Spanish; English is a plus.
- Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep information well-organized.
- Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with partners.
- Experience Minimum one year of experience in customer service teams is highly desirable
- Tech savvy Experience working with CRMs and other CS related tools such as aircall, zendesk, hubspot, whatsapp, microsoft office (excel and ppt)
- Attitude: Positive and optimistic attitude towards daily challenges and an outstanding team player.
