This position works directly with international vendors and answers calls from customers regarding travel documents.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service, support, and information to all company personnel and customersAccurately process requests and confirmations for hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and cars while following company policies and proceduresAssist managers and reservation staff with customer service emails, research, follow-up, and callsAbility to make independent decisions with customers and coworkers while maintaining our customer service standards and financial profitabilityMaintain ongoing communication with the manager about procedures and problems and offer suggestions for resolutionsTimely response to all co-workers and customers; following through with resolutionProcess email correspondenceQuality control of final documentation sent to clientsParticipate in the emergency duty rotation, which includes being on-call once a month or due to business needs, while adhering to our emergency duty operational standardsOther tasks assigned by the Supervisor or ManagerRequirements:Experience in the travel industry is a requirementAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamMinimum education requires a high school diploma or GEDAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamGood time management and ability to multitaskCourteous and professional telephone mannerGood written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, OutlookProficiency in Amadeus and Rail Europe ERA system a plusProven track record to work under pressure and meet deadlinesLocation:This position is eligible for hybrid working in Barcelona, Spain.Scheduling:This is a full-time, 40 hours per week role, and we offer hybrid working 2 days per week in our Barcelona city office location, and then the other 3 days can be worked remotely.Operational hours are:Monday – Friday, 09:00 am – 6:00 pm or 8.00am to 5.00pm or 10:00 am – 7:00 pmSaturday and Sunday: 1 weekend approx
