We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Tenerife. The ideal candidate will be the key person between MTS Globe and one of our clients, providing support in all operational areas related to this tour operator, ensuring a high-quality service.
Key responsibilities: Be the responsible and first contact for any issues of the tour operator, attending to their needs and unforeseen events.Coordination and prioritization of requests from the tour operator.Support the daily operations of the tour operator.Supervise and coordinate tasks of the different departments that provide services to the tour operator: booking, transfers, excursions, and airport services.Service quality management.Be the point of contact for providers, suppliers, incoming agency, and tour operator to ensure the quality of the service.Manage incidents related to the tour operator operations.Daily contact and accompaniment of tour operator members whenever necessary.Provide support to the airport service in different situations such as flights that cannot take off, overnight management, Fam trips, product visits, etc.Minimum Requirements: 3 years of experience in a similar role.Experience working with traditional tour operators.Bachelor's degree in Tourism or similar.Ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and Business Partners.Excellent communication and management skills between providers/clients.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.Driving License and own car.High level of English and Spanish required; other languages are a plus.
