The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders with external suppliers and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials. This role involves purchasing in-direct materials, managing stock transfer orders, and participating in production planning. Responsibilities: Purchase Order Management: Oversee purchase orders with external suppliers to ensure the right materials are available in the right quantity at the right time. Indirect Materials Procurement: Purchase in-direct materials required for the site. Stock Transfer Orders: Manage stock transfer orders between different factory locations. Production Planning: Participate in production planning to align material availability with production schedules. Material Alerts: Monitor and act upon alerts for unavailable materials and follow up on overdue purchase orders. Planning Settings: Evaluate and adjust planning settings for materials to optimize inventory levels. Invoice Discrepancies: Manage financial invoice discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and payment. Excess & Obsolete Management: Handle excess and obsolete materials within your area of responsibility. Issue Resolution: Lead efforts to understand and resolve issues related to unavailable materials, capacity constraints, and supplier-specific challenges. Project Participation: Actively participate in projects, managing changes in variants or new variants and ensuring close cooperation with the development team. Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain sustainable and productive relationships with suppliers, including managing the monthly forecast. Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure success in your role. Qualifications: University Degree in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field. Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Procurement, and/or Purchasing. Strong SAP experience. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. High degree of business acumen. Proven ability to negotiate and partner with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a complex and changing environment.
