We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2024!
Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak.We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Arganda del Rey.
You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.
During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

Secure overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning,and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.2.
Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure definition.3.
Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators' safety.4.
As EM pillar member, participate and lead local Region projects and follow up on investment budgets.5.
As PM pillar member, participate and lead local Region Improvement teams (Kaizen, PMO, RCM,...).6.
Collaborate to propose and implement factory investment according to Region and Central plans.7.
Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities of the employees within the organization.8.
