Responsibilities/Tasks We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support a director in managing his day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and office management related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
You provide secretarial support; handling incoming and outgoing mail, processing documents.
Support to the global manager, such as booking travel, processing expenses, etc.
You receive visitors (clients and suppliers).
You handle various office tasks, such as being the first point of contact for emails, phone calls, mail processing, office space management, inventory control, planning, organizing events and company outings, managing Christmas packages, and archiving.
You assist with administrative tasks.
You check invoices for the delivery of goods and services within your domain.
You maintain contact with suppliers (landlord, cleaner, window washer, etc.).
You organize activities related to jubilees, farewells, birthdays, and births.
You are the main point of contact for your colleagues in the office.
You organize various meetings, including booking external venues.
Requirements Completed MBO/HBO education in facilities and secretarial work.
You have excellent proficiency in MS Office.
You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
You are independent, resourceful, take initiative, and have a solution-oriented attitude.
Accurate, connective, and precise.
You are structured, can easily switch between various tasks, and know how to prioritize effectively.
Ability to connect with various types of people within the organization.
Customer- and result-oriented.
