Driven Properties, a leading real estate company from Dubai, is expanding into Europe with its first branch in Madrid, Spain!
This is a unique opportunity to become part of the founding team that will establish and grow Driven Properties' presence in Spain.
We are looking for an Office Manager/Administrator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to help us launch and manage our operations in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Madrid office, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Act as the main point of contact for administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies.
Support the leadership team with operational needs and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Manage budgets, invoices, and financial records for the office.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain office efficiency.
Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new team members and maintaining personnel records.
Develop and implement office procedures to support the growing team.
Contribute to creating a dynamic and positive work environment.
Minimum Requirements Experience: At least 2+ years in office management, administration, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
Attributes: Self-starter, problem-solver, and team player with a can-do attitude.
Mindset: Passion for contributing to the success of a growing business.
