Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience building finance departments from scratch.Previous experience in Big Four or similar environment.Very high English level.Company Overview:Start-up company with office located in Madrid.Reporting Structure:Reporting to the CEO and in charge of a team of 3 people located in Morocco (two accountants and a treasury analyst), the selected person will perform the following functions:Planning, organisation and development of administrative, accounting and tax processes and procedures practically from scratch.Supervision of group accounting and consolidated accounts.Creation of the processes and procedures of the management control function and the company's cost accounting.Creation and supervision of the processes of the annual financial budget and variance analysis.Preparation of the sales forecast.Supervision of monthly closings.Analysis and supervision of financial statements.Preparation and presentation of economic reports ensuring their accuracy (Board, Banks, Investors).Supervise Treasury management and improve and implement new Treasury control processes.Planning and ensuring the execution of fiscal policy.Liaise with the various financial institutions, managing and negotiating the organisation's financing needs.Interlocution with external agents (Auditors, administration, etc.
