We also offer energy efficiency solutions for both public and private clients.Mission: The O&M Manager will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the company's assets, supervising and coordinating the O&M activities with the aim of minimizing availability losses and maximizing the efficiency of each of them, defining the company´s O&M strategy and the different KPIs to control and monitor the correct performance of the plant. This position will require extensive knowledge in the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic plants and high-voltage systems.Roles and Responsibilities:Management and control of the plants portfolios of the company through common O&M policies and programs that he/she should define and implement.Generation of reports with the main KPIs of the project.Generation of the regular maintenance reports.High capacity for management and control of subcontractor activities, constant monitoring and inspections, being responsible for negotiating contracts. Regular visits to plants.Contractual monitoring of all obligations during the commercial operation phase of the projects.Preparation, monitoring, and control of annual operating budgets (P&L).Coordination with electricity companies and public authorities.Define and manage an optimal pool of spare parts by technologies to reduce the unavailability of the different plants.Owner representative to the different stakeholders of the assets of the company.Collaborate in a transversal manner with the different areas of the company in an integrated way from the business development phase to the commercial operation, through construction and PEM, to guarantee that all lessons learned are implemented in the new assets.Knowledge of the environmental and legal measures of the country.Knowledge of applicable technical regulations, tests, inspections, and required certifications.Knowledge of SCADA systems for the acquisition, management, and analysis of process data from technological systems (SCADA, RTU, PLC, etc.).If applicable, carry out the periodic monitoring of the guarantees against the contractors, transferring to them the deviations in the operation and performance parameters of the plant, detected by the Monitoring, Analysis and Control Center (CMAC).Act proactively together with the Asset Management Director, other staff, and O&M and Monitoring, Analysis and Control Center (CMAC) in improving asset management.Requirements:Proven experience of at least 5 years in O&M management.A high level of spoken and written English and Spanish is essential (minimum B2).Availability to travel nationally and internationally
