About the job: As the new Presales Representative, you will be in charge of making outbound calls and take care of responding to emails and inquiries in a timely manner. You will be maintaining a good relationship with the company's existing clients while also seeking out new potential clients.
Your daily tasks include:
Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding client inquiries and detect and establish new business possibilities in the selected market area.Ensure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle.Proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business opportunities.Retain and grow the existing customer base.Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs.Your qualifications: You speak Norwegian at a native level and are fluent in English (B2) - a big advantage if you also speak Danish and/or Swedish!
Experience: Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients.
Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage.Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and Microsoft Office are desirable. You have strong technical abilities and quickly understand complex scientific concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. Passionate about sales and creating strong relations, with a desire to learn and develop.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
